Andrew Hubert is a member of the Finance & Transactions practice area, where he represents both borrowers and lenders in fund finance, secured lending, and other debt financing transactions. He advises private equity funds as borrowers, as well as small and large banks, private banks, and private credit funds as lenders, bringing a practical, deal-focused approach to structuring and closing complex financings.

Andrew’s practice covers a broad range of secured transactions, including subscription/capital call facilities, corporate loans, and other secured and unsecured lending arrangements. His practice spans debt financings, and regulatory counseling on matters such as import and export controls, government licensing, and compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). He brings a practical, business-focused approach to helping clients navigate regulatory constraints while advancing transaction objectives. In addition to his finance practice, Andrew advises clients on select mergers and acquisitions, including strategic acquisitions connected to his financing work.

Before joining the firm, Andrew served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he developed a strong foundation in legal analysis and procedure that continues to inform his transactional practice.
